Grief & Change: Our Six-week Grief Series
Grief and Change
What we lose. What we needed. How we live.
Loss can change our relationships, our health, our sense of ourselves and the future we expected. Sometimes we are living with the absence of something we needed but never had.
Grief and Change is a six-week online group program offering structured learning, guided reflection and opportunities for discussion. Together, we explore how absence and loss affect different parts of life, and identify practical sources of support.
Six weekly sessions · 60 minutes per session · Up to 20 participants
$55 CAD per session. $330 CAD for the six-week program, plus applicable tax.
Who this program is for
This program may be relevant if you are navigating:
The death of someone important to you.
Separation, divorce, estrangement or changes within your family.
Chronic illness, disability or changes in physical capacity.
Changes in work, caregiving responsibilities or professional identity.
Addiction and recovery within your family or relationships.
Disappointment, interrupted plans or a future that has become uncertain.
The effects of harm, betrayal or circumstances that challenged your sense of fairness and safety.
The absence of care, belonging, protection or opportunity you needed.
You may have one clear loss in mind, or several experiences that are difficult to separate. You do not need a diagnosis or a recent bereavement to recognize yourself in these conversations.

What we will explore
Each week focuses on one of six domains. These offer different ways to understand your circumstances, including how difficulties in one area can affect another.
Dates and registration
Choose a time you can attend for all six weeks.
Our November–December 2026 program offers weekday, evening and weekend groups. Each cohort meets on the same day and at the same time each week.
Review all six dates before completing your registration. Times are shown in the booking system; check the displayed time zone carefully.
Your registration reserves one place in your selected cohort for the complete program. After booking, you will receive confirmation, session dates and instructions for joining online.
